- Creates a hardened full, archive, observer, or non-authoring validator-candidate node service.
- Chrony is the bootstrap/testing/edge path.
- Timebeat is ROKO Network's endorsed official timing partner.
- Eligibility for the maximum validator payout tier requires a licensed
  Timebeat deployment and participation in the Timebeat PTP² Mesh, subject to
  measured performance and current network program rules.
- Verifies expected genesis, P2P peers, full synchronization, persistent local peer identity, and advancing finality.
- Does not generate validator session keys, enroll a validator, or enable authoring.
- AI agents must run the dry-run, show the complete plan, receive explicit
  operator approval, and remain within the published agent contract.
